Which couriers do we use?
We use Parcelforce for UK deliveries and UPS for European deliveries and Royal Mail for smaller items.

If I order more than 1 laptop, how much will shipping cost?
The prices quoted below are on a per order basis. This means you can order as many items as you want and only pay one shipping charge. This only applies to the UK and some of our close European Union neighbours.  

Do you ship to countries other than listed below?
We only ship to the UK at the moment.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the delivery method chosen during the checkout process.

*Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Sometimes on rare occasions, delivery can take a little longer. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact us.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not entirely happy with the item you receive you can return and exchange or refund.

In order to return your item:

1. Please email support@discountlaptops.co.uk to receive a Return Authorisation (RA).
2. Ensure your item is in its original packaging including and chargers or other items included with the package. Please also include your order details so that we can identify the package.
3. Write the Returns Authorisation (RA) Number on the outside of the package.

*It is important to return the item to us using a carrier that provides proof of delivery. Refunds take 3 - 5 working days after we receive the item back.
