Requests for order cancellations must be received by Discount Laptops within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding Weekends and Holidays) for us to use our best efforts to accommodate the cancellation request.
Please remember, all cancellations are treated as requests and cannot be guaranteed. If the request is made outside of the 24-hour window, we may still be able to assist; however, should the cancellation not be possible, the order will proceed as usual. The item may still be returned for a refund.
Refunds processed by Discount Laptops to Credit Cards generally take 5-7 business days to appear, although this can vary depending on your bank. Please contact us if you are having any issues receiving the refund.
f an error is made when placing your order, please reach out to us via email. We may be able to edit your order after it has been placed. We’ll do our utmost to make any necessary adjustments if we receive the request in time.

This includes, but is not limited to, situations such as items being out of stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent attempts.
